This is my secret diet & exercise journal. It won't be very interesting to you. Please respect my privacy and dementia and OCD.
Goal #1: 180 - CHECK!
Goal #2: 173 by Feb 21 - not quite.
Goal #3: 170 by March 18 - 170.2 is close enough
Goal #4: 155 by end of May
Height: 5'7.25"
Starting Weight Jan.19: 189
Current Weight: 165.8 (april17)
Long Term Goal Weight: 145ish (i have a big solid frame - on me, that would be pretty skinny!) maybe 139.
whatever ends up dress size 6 to 8?
so far what's working:
- NO sugar of any kind except naturally in raw fruit.
- no white flour, no white rice
- forcing myself to eat a small breakfast (i usually don't eat before noon then i'm ravenous)
- several small snacks / meals throughout day
- counting every single calorie at fitday.com
- coffee
- drinking no liquor except vodka & soda
- treadmill, toning exercises, stretching
- seeing incredibly unflattering photos of myself when i'm onstage and cameras are pointed up at my huge face.
September 2009. somehow ended up over 175 again. NOT acceptable. down to 172.5
and will be down to 165 or less before oct. 8
